This was an important and meaningful event. We came together not only to meet face-to-face but also to discuss the present and future of our company.
During these two days, we covered many key topics: our history and achievements, our goals and future prospects, the challenges we face, and the strengths that make us who we are.
We openly discussed our processes, addressed difficult questions, shared experiences, and found common solutions. At the heart of every discussion stood what matters most — our team.

On the second day, we spent time outside the city in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. We played games, danced, and enjoyed conversations without schedules or formalities. It was a time of bonding, smiles, personal talks, and strengthening team spirit.

MardenForum showed that we have a strong team, shared values, and a clear vision of where we are heading.
