Rules of the Promotional Campaign “Win a Prize and Become an Investor”

I. General Provisions

1. Campaign name: “Win a Prize and Become an Investor”.
2. Organizer: LLP “Marden Property”.
3. Participation is free.
4. Period: from September 1, 2025, to September 10, 2025. Drawings will be held in each city on the event day.
5. Territory: Almaty, Astana.
6. Participants: persons registered for the Issuer’s Day or Road Show and who provided a business card upon entry.
7. One participant — one business card.
8. Eligible participants must be 18+, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan or holders of a residence permit.

II. Prizes

1. In each city:
   – 2 prizes of 50 Marden Property (MRDNb1) bonds.
   – Nominal value of each prize: $500 (at the placement price of $10 per bond).
2. No cash equivalent or substitution of prizes is provided, except in cases where the transfer of bonds is impossible due to reasons beyond the organizer’s control.

III. Determining the Winners

1. All participants’ business cards are placed into a container (box).
2. Winners are determined randomly by drawing a card “blindly” in the presence of the commission.
3. The process of the draw is recorded by photo or video.

IV. Announcement of Results and Prize Collection

1. Results are published on the website marden.kz and company social networks no later than the next business day.
2. The winner receives a certificate for the bonds. To claim the prize, an identity document is required.
3. If a cash equivalent is provided (in case bonds cannot be transferred), taxes will be withheld and paid by the organizer in accordance with Kazakhstan law.

V. Responsibility
The organizer is not responsible for:

• incorrect or incomplete contact details of participants;
• failure of the winner to collect the prize within the set timeframe;
• force majeure circumstances;
• refusal by the Stock Exchange or Central Securities Depository to carry out bond transfer operations for reasons beyond the organizer’s control.

VI. Confidentiality and Personal Data Processing
1. By participating, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (name, contact details, email, phone number, and other registration information).
2. Personal data are collected solely for the purpose of organizing and conducting the campaign, including registration, informing about results, awarding prizes, and complying with Kazakhstan law.
3. The organizer will not disclose personal data to third parties, except as required by law (e.g., at the request of authorized bodies).
4. Only authorized employees have access to personal data, ensuring protection from unauthorized access, alteration, distribution, or destruction.
6. Data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of the campaign and will then be deleted or anonymized.
7. Participants may withdraw their consent by written notice to the organizer, which automatically terminates their participation.

VII. Other Conditions

1. Participation means acceptance of these rules.
2. The organizer may amend the rules, change campaign dates, or refuse to award a prize in case of violations or fraud.
3. The draw results are final and not subject to review.
4. In case of refusal or non-compliance by a participant, the prize may be awarded to another participant or disposed of at the organizer’s discretion.

VIII. Information

1. Full rules are published on the website marden.kz in the “Promotions” section and constitute a public offer.
2. Announcements and results are also published in official Marden Property social media accounts.
