Management company Marden Property is proud to announce its latest achievement this year - the Marden Business Center has received the International BREEAM in-USE certificate with an Excellent rating in both the Management Performance and Asset Performance". This prestigious recognition confirms the high level of management and sustainability of the building, as well as its excellent performance.

In the Management Performance category, Marden Business Center demonstrated outstanding performance in building management, including effective energy management, green space management, waste management and other aspects of sustainability. This Excellent rating confirms our commitment to high standards of management and responsibility to our tenants and the environment.

In the Asset Performance category, Marden Business Center also demonstrated outstanding results, including efficient use of resources, high indoor air quality, innovative technology and other parameters related to the environmental sustainability of the building.
